Shipping and returns

USPS-exclusive shipping

Every domestic order ships through the United States Postal Service. The shipping and handling charge combines the calculated USPS rate with a modest allowance for protective packaging and order handling. It is based on the destination ZIP code, packaged weight, dimensions, and USPS zone, then displayed in full before a reservation is created.

Packaging and tracking

Each graded slab is packaged to limit movement and protect it in transit. USPS tracking appears in My orders after shipment. Postal scans and delivery estimates are controlled by USPS.

Address accuracy

Review the shipping address before submitting checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; an address may not be changeable after shipment.

Damage, wrong item, or listing discrepancy

Contact [email protected] promptly with the order number, packaging photographs, and slab photographs. Keep all original packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Returns

Do not mail a return without receiving instructions. Eligibility and remedy depend on the listing, condition, shipment evidence, and applicable consumer rights. Returned slabs must remain in the same holder and condition unless damage in transit is the reason for the claim.
