Terms of use

These terms apply to the SubGradedCards storefront operated by Illustrated Analytics LLC.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect your password, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not use the store for fraud, abuse, automated disruption, or unlawful activity.

Unique inventory

Each slab is individually identified inventory. A cart does not reserve a card. A completed checkout creates a time-limited reservation, but an order is not paid or accepted for shipment until payment is confirmed. Inventory may also be offered on eBay; reconciliation controls are used to prevent the same card from being sold twice.

Listings and grading

We aim to provide accurate titles, certification numbers, overall grades, subgrades, photographs, and prices. Grading opinions and population information are provided by the grading company named on the slab, not by SubGradedCards. Please review the exact listing before ordering.

Payment and pricing

Payment-card details are collected by the hosted payment provider, not by SubGradedCards. A provider confirmation must match the order number, currency, and exact total before an order is marked paid. We may cancel an unpaid, expired, duplicate, fraudulent, or materially erroneous order. Refunds are returned through the original payment method when available.

Shipping and returns

Shipping charges, if any, are shown before checkout. Tracking is added after shipment. Contact us promptly if the wrong item arrives, the slab is damaged in transit, or the item materially differs from its listing. Do not return an item without instructions. Return and remedy decisions account for the listing, shipment evidence, item condition, and rights required by applicable law.

Liability

Collectibles can change in market value. We do not promise future value, investment performance, or liquidity. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
